Get to Know Me and AIVS' Philosophy
Hello!
I am Rejane and I am the founder of Anchor Innovative Virtual Solutions. I have 8 years of experience working in the online ESL industry as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Operations Head and Human Resource Manager. Working directly with executives and being a manager herself, she realized that executives and managers sometimes become the bottleneck to their own success - especially if they fail to delegate.
I understand how important time is hence, I would be very happy to assist you so you can focus on things you value the most - time with family and growing your business.
I am a trained virtual assistant, honed by the Filipino Virtual Assistance Business Consultancy. I'm also in the process of completing her Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at Benguet State University - Open University.
Outside work, I am a mom of 2 lovely kids.
